Instructions for submitting images for the homepage
To upload images:
First, prepare your images using the guidelines listed to the right.
email your images to Rachel at website@portlandsocietyforcalligraphy.org
- Email only 5 per email.
File guidelines:
your images need to saved as JPEG files
Minimum resolution 300 dpi
File size should not exceed 1MB
Prefer original, uncropped images
Pictures need to be clear and in focus
Name the file using the format: “LastFirst_DateofSubmission”
Example: HattebergTiffany_02242023
Image Use Permission Statement:
By submitting my artwork here, the Artist grants the Portland Society for Calligraphy permission to display, reproduce, and distribute the Artist’s artwork on portlandsocietyforcalligraphy.
