Instructions for submitting images for the homepage

To upload images:
  • First, prepare your images using the guidelines listed to the right.

  • click here to access the images folder on our PSC drive

  • You need a google account to access the folder. If you do not have a Google account, please let me know and I can find an alternate way for you to submit images.

  • When you get to the folder, click on the + New¬†button in the upper left corner of the screen.

  • Select File Upload, which will open up a window of your computer files.

  • Select which images from your computer to upload.

  • Click OPEN at the bottom right corner.

  • The images will then upload to the folder.

  • Please let me know if you need any assistance with this, or if you do not have a Google account. I’m happy to help.

    File guidelines:
    • your images need to saved as JPEG files

    • Minimum resolution 300 dpi

    • File size should not exceed 1MB

    • Prefer original, uncropped images

    • Pictures need to be clear and in focus

    • Name the file using the format: “LastFirst_DateofSubmission”¬†

      • Example: HattebergTiffany_02242023
