Member Exhibition
Exhibit Dates: April 2-May 28, 2023
The PSC Exhibitions Committee is thrilled to announce our first in-person exhibition in more than 3 years! We will expand on the theme of our 2022 Beautiful Words online exhibition to celebrate reconnecting in person and enjoying art in a gallery!
This exhibit will feature members’ calligraphy that explores the beauty of writing and design, and empowers calligraphers to write words that are personally meaningful.
Artists are invited to submit work from the previous Beautiful Words exhibit, or display newly created works. Only two-dimensional artworks are able to be displayed in the space. All pieces must be framed and ready to hang. Artists may submit 2 artworks. There is no size limitation.
The exhibit will be held in the beautiful First Presbyterian Church Chapel Gallery in downtown Portland. We are honored to use this lovely venue and know that our work will be greatly appreciated and be handsomely displayed. Please help us celebrate the beauty of words together again by submitting your artwork.

Important Dates:
March 18 Entry forms & artist statements due via email
March 25-27 Artwork drop off in neighborhood drop off locations (one option)
March 28 Artwork drop off at First Presbyterian 10 – 11:30 am (another option)
April 2 11:30 am – 1 pm Opening Reception
May 28 Last day of exhibit
May 30 Pick up artwork at First Presbyterian 10 am – 12 noon
May 30 Pick up artwork at neighborhood drop-off location
